Promotion period: 17 October 2026 to 11:59pm AEDT 18 October 2026, or while stocks last.

Please read the following terms and conditions before purchasing.

1. How the Promotion Works

  • Buy any two eligible products from our Spring Clear Out collection and receive the lowest-priced item FREE.
  • There is no limit on the number of free items. Every eligible item purchased is matched with one free eligible item (e.g. buy 2, get 2 free). Where items differ in price, the lower-priced items are free.
  • The promotion applies to selected styles only, while stocks last.
  • Both items must be added to your cart for the discount to apply.
  • The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
  • The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or offers unless otherwise stated.
  • The promotion is subject to stock availability and may be withdrawn or amended for future purchases.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns

  • We accept eligible change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Each purchased item and its matched complimentary item must be returned together for a change-of-mind return to be accepted.
  • Partial change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Customers cannot return a purchased item while retaining its complimentary item for free.
  • Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit only, equivalent to the amount paid for the returned promotional items.
  • All returned items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs associated with change-of-mind returns.
  • Complimentary items have no individual cash refund or store credit value under our change-of-mind returns policy.

3. Colour Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a colour isn't quite right!

  • Colour exchanges are welcome within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
  • Both purchased and complimentary items may be exchanged individually without needing to return the entire order.
  • Exchanges are permitted for the same product and size in another colour included in the Spring Clear Out promotion.
  • Exchanges for new-season collections, full-priced styles or products outside the promotion are not available under our change-of-mind exchange policy.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage and the shipping costs associated with sending replacement items.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

All purchases made during our Spring Clear Out promotion are covered by Australian Consumer Law.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrectly described, please contact our customer service team so we can assist.

Your rights to a refund, replacement, repair or other applicable remedy under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this promotion.

Where a remedy is required under Australian Consumer Law, customers will not be required to return an otherwise satisfactory complimentary item solely because it formed part of a promotional purchase.

5. Additional Conditions

  • The promotion is available only on eligible products included in the Spring Clear Out collection.
  • Full-priced items purchased in the same order are covered by our standard Returns Policy.
  • All change-of-mind returns and exchanges must comply with the conditions outlined above.
  • These promotional terms apply in addition to our standard Returns Policy. Where the terms differ for voluntary change-of-mind returns, these promotion-specific conditions apply.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
