Where are Sleep Ins products made?
Our organic bamboo comes from China, the birthplace of bamboo, where it’s expertly crafted by a team with extensive experience in producing premium, ultra-soft bamboo fabric
What materials are used in your products?
Our products are made from 100% organic bamboo. The bamboo is Oeko-Tex certified, meaning it has been independently tested throughout all stages of production to ensure it is free from harmful substances.
Will your sheets fit a deep mattress?
Yes, our sheets are designed with extra depth, making them ideal for deep mattresses or those with toppers.
What is the thread count of your sheets?
Our sheets have a 300 thread count, which is comparable to 1,000 thread count in cotton. However, thread count alone can be misleading. It's more important to focus on the quality of the fabric, the weave, and how the sheets feel to you.
How should I care for my sheets?
Care
- Cold Water Only
Bamboo sheets should always be washed in cold water. While some may worry that cold water isn't sufficient for cleaning, rest assured that bamboo’s natural antibacterial properties make it difficult for bacteria and dust mites to thrive.
- Gentle Detergents
It’s equally important to choose a mild laundry detergent. Avoid everyday detergents that contain optical brighteners, bleaches, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage your sheets and cause discoloration. Opt for a delicate wash formula, like those designed for wool.
- Removing Stains
For those tougher stains consider using a non-chlorine-based stain remover. There are plenty of options available that are gentle on bamboo fabric. Another effective method is to use baking soda – either as a paste or added to your wash.
- Gentle Cycle & Separate Wash
Select the delicate cycle on your machine and keep the temperature set to cold. It’s best to wash bamboo sheets on their own, rather than with other laundry items. This reduces the chance of damage caused by friction, such as rips, holes, or pilling.
- Drying
Dry your bamboo sheets on a delicate setting in the dryer is fine, but be sure to avoid high heat. Alternatively, you can air dry them. A great method is to let them air dry until they’re halfway dry, then finish them off in the dryer to maintain that soft, fluffy texture.
- Ironing
You can iron bamboo bedding, but keep the heat low. High heat can cause unsightly shine marks and damage the fabric. Using a steam iron is the gentlest method, or better yet, take the sheets out of the dryer and put them directly on the bed to allow any wrinkles to naturally relax.
Will the colour on my screen match the actual product?
While we've made every effort to ensure the colours on screen closely match the actual product, please be aware that screen brightness and contrast can cause variations.
Do you offer fabric samples?
This is not something we currently offer, however we do have a 90-day money back guarantee.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, with Afterpay and Zip Pay available for our Australian customers.
Do you accept Afterpay or Zip Pay?
Yes, we accept both Afterpay and Zip Pay for our Australian customers, allowing you to shop now and pay later with flexible payment options.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged, I receive the wrong item or an item is missing?

What locations do you ship to?
We ship to addresses worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all Australian orders over $150, while orders under $150 have a flat shipping rate of $15. For international orders, shipping is a flat rate of $30.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has been fulfilled by our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. Please check your junk or spam folders if you don't see it in your inbox.
Can I track the status of my order?
Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of your order.
What should I do if my order is lost in transit?

What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?
We will help locate your order if you email the team at hello@sleepins.com.au
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Please email your new address to the team at hello@sleepins.com.au. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can make the change.
What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
The courier will leave your delivery in a safe place or leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule or arrange for redelivery.
Can you deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers?
We sure do.
Returns
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns
Try It for 60 Nights – We encourage you to sleep on it - literally! Give your new bedding a few weeks to settle in, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping).
Products can be lightly sampled, opened, or unwrapped and still be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
While reasonable wear and tear is acceptable, returned items should be free from significant damage so we can give them a second life. All returned products are thoroughly cleaned and assessed before being donated to those in need through our charity partners.
Sale items are not eligible for a cash refund unless deemed faulty. A store credit will be issued for change-of-mind returns.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 60 days of receipt.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Sale items are excluded from our 60-night money-back guarantee. However, if returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 60 days, a store credit will be issued.
- Item is deemed "lightly sampled" i.e. no rips, stains or significant damage to the product
Initiating a Return
To request a return, exchange, or store credit, please email us at hello@sleepins.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. We'll send you return instructions and the appropriate shipping address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Exemptions
- Our 60-night guarantee applies to one return per household.
- We reserve the right to decline returns if we detect ongoing misuse (e.g. repeated ordering and returning).
