FRILL GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Promoter The promoter of this competition is Sleep Ins Bedding Pty Ltd (“Sleep Ins” or “the Promoter”), Australia. 

2. Competition Period The Sleep Ins Frill Giveaway commences on 5 November 2026 and closes on 11 November 2026 at 11:59pm AEDT. Entries received outside the competition period will not be eligible. 

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over only.
  • Entrants must reside in Australia at the time of entry and winner selection.
  • Employees of Sleep Ins and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  • Entrants must comply with these Terms and Conditions.


4. How to Enter To enter the Sleep Ins Frill Giveaway, participants must:

  1. Access the official Sleep Ins giveaway form through a Facebook or Instagram advertisement.
  2. Submit their valid email address and Australian mobile phone number.
  3. Complete and submit the entry form during the competition period.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple submissions will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning. No purchase is necessary to enter. 

5. Prize Details One (1) lucky winner will receive:

  • One (1) Sleep Ins Crème Brûlée Frill Duvet Cover.
  • One (1) Sleep Ins Crème Brûlée Frill Sheet Set.
  • Both products in the winner’s chosen size, subject to availability.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Standard shipping within Australia is included. Total maximum prize value ranges from Bedding Size.

6. Winner Selection One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • Competition closes on 11 November 2026 at 11:59pm AEDT.
  • The winner will be drawn on 12 November 2026 at 12:00pm AEDT at the Promoter’s business premises in Melbourne, Victoria.
  • Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning.
  • The winner will be contacted via email or mobile phone within two business days of the draw.
  • The winner’s name will be published where required by applicable Australian trade promotion laws.

7. Prize Delivery The prize will be shipped to the winner’s nominated Australian address within 28 days of the draw, subject to stock availability. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age and residency. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize, a redraw may be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and any required regulatory approvals. 

8. Privacy & Personal Information By entering, participants agree to provide their email address and mobile phone number for the purposes of administering the competition, verifying entries, contacting the winner and delivering the prize. Entrants may separately opt in to receive marketing communications from Sleep Ins, including email and SMS updates, promotions and exclusive offers. Marketing consent is not a condition of entering the competition. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sleep Ins Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy and spam laws. 

9. General Conditions

  • Sleep Ins reserves the right to verify entries and entrant eligibility.
  • Fraudulent, incomplete, duplicate or misleading entries may be disqualified.
  • Sleep Ins may amend, suspend or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Sleep Ins is not responsible for technical disruptions or platform errors preventing entry, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

10. Meta Disclaimer This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. Entrants acknowledge that Meta is not responsible for the administration of the competition or the selection of the winner. 

11. Acceptance of Terms By entering the Sleep Ins Frill Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
